Archives of Ontario unscheduled records transfer forms (RG 17-41)

Series consists of forms which were used to document the transfer of unscheduled government records to the Archives of Ontario. The forms include the title of the records, the name and address of the government agency requesting the transfer, the description, physical format, arrangement, extent and dates of the records, and the decision by the Archivist of Ontario to approve or refuse the transfer. The forms are arranged chronologically by year.
